A ray is a stream of energy carrying a particular quality.
It colors every form.
It has its own note, vibration and color as can be seen in the rainbow or colors of a prism.

The following is a list of phrases expressing the highest aspirations associated with the Seven Fundamental Qualities. Recognizing your highest aspirations is an important clue to identifying your most important quality.

8. I aspire to take a practical, administrative role in redesigning and transforming the patterns of human civilization, so
that a ‘New World Order’ may emerge.
9. I aspire to invent or develop those instruments or technical improvements which will transform and uplift the quality of
human life.
10. I aspire to a wise and complete understanding of life so that I can teach and illumine others.
11. I aspire to serve God, or the ‘highest ideal’, with complete faith and utter devotion.
12. I aspire to live with complete faith and commitment – true to my highest ‘Vision of the Right’.
13. I aspire to become vitally involved in discovering solution to Nature’s mysteries either through research or experimentation.

What is Our True Identity?
We often believe these layers of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and needs of the physical body to be ‘me’.
Also the vision that we have of ourselves conditions how we behave and act. How do we see ourselves?
- confident, shy, indecisive, beautiful, responsible, alone, etc.
Undo these layers and we discover the Self.
Each of the layers can give us clues to our Rays.
This Seminar allows participants to know themselves and those around them in a deeper, more meaningful way.
Once we see the necessary difference in each of us, we can live with a more open heart and greater compassion.

This material is important to us all for several reasons.
Becoming more accepting of ourselves and of others is something many of us spend a lifetime doing. When we learn about the rays, we learn how we each have different qualities. When we know more about how we function in the world, we are free to see others for who they are with less judgment attached.
For example, when a friend or co-worker behaves in a way that is totally different from the way we are what is the response? Are we able to see them for who they are or do we see them through our own lenses?
This training is designed to help the process of being more observant and more discerning in our everyday lives.
Training on the Seven Rays gives information that immediately opens our eyes to see ourselves and the world in a brand new way.

Energy -- The human being is composed of inter-penetrating and inter-related energy fields. Our three main energy fields are Spirit, Soul, and Personality -- we are Spirit, Soul, Personality.
Our personality is made up of three fields:
“Physical/Etheric: energy, vitality, physiology, morphology, nervous system, brain
Emotional/Sentient: desires, feelings -- fears, happiness, hopes, sensitivities, hot buttons, anxieties, compulsions, attachments, being in love,
Mental/Mind: how we think, how we process information, how we organize material (logical, sequential, circuitous, flexible, divergent), seat of visualization/imagination
Personality:
3 bodies working in aligned, coordinated fashion -- think, feel, act for effective activity in the world.
Self-centered, self-will, self-expression; has own agenda for self-aggrandizement -- I want, I need
Spirit is our true being, our essence, the principle of Life. Soul is the intermediary between Personality and Spirit
Soul is magnetic and draws/pulls personality forces upwards towards the spiritual, away from thematerial world -- sense of relatedness, expansion, freedom
These fields vibrate at their own frequencies. Raising the quality of our consciousness and consequently raising the quality of our life involves harmonizing the frequencies of our various energy fields.
“Know Thyself” means more than knowing how we act, feel or think; it means knowing who we ARE. Who we are is much more than our physical, emotional, and mental selves. Our goal is to fulfill our highest potential as Souls, as spiritual beings. We move from becoming Souls to being Souls.
